Looking to take back the Intercol trophy after losing last year, Saints Old Scholars put out a very strong line up. Hoping to retain the trophy, the PAC Old Scholars put out an equally strong line up.
Played at the newly renovated RED Centre courts, PAC Old Scholars won the Intercol 3-3 using games (sets) as the decider. Each squash match was played as first to three games to determine the winner of the match, with total match wins being used to determine the overall Intercol winner.
With total match wins being three each for PAC and Saints, the number of games won became the deciding factor. PAC won the games tally 12-9 giving us the overall Intercol win in what was a fantastic night.
Well done to all involved in what was a night of high-level squash played in good spirit.
