On Friday 18 September 48 members of the Class of 1970 assembled at the College for a night of reminiscing and nostalgia, celebrating half a century since graduation. Guests were delighted by the attendance of Geoffrey Bean, who began his time as Headmaster in 1970, Deputy Headmaster Milton Haseloff, and current Headmaster Bradley Fenner.
The evening commenced with a tour of the school led by David Cornish, followed by pre-dinner drinks in the Prince Philip Theatre and a welcome from PAOCA President, Alan Letcher.
The night was then rounded off with some enjoyable food and drinks, and speeches from Craig Moffat and Geoff Bean.
The reminiscing, memories and rekindling of old friendships continued on well into the evening as the guests recounted school days from half a century ago.
We look forward to the 60 year reunion in 2030!
